Terms of service
Last updated: November 8, 2026עברית
SocialAt Agent is a service of SOCIAL A.T. LTD, company no. 517174850, 18 Haroshet St, Ramat HaSharon, Israel. This is a translation; the Hebrew text is the binding one.
The service
SocialAt Agent prepares drafts of posts, carousels and stories for a business, and publishes on social networks only what you approved.
Using the website and the app means you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Your account
Whoever signs up declares they are authorized to act for the business, and for every account they connect.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us right away about any unusual use of the account.
Content
The content the agent prepares is a suggestion. You review and approve every item before it goes up, and you are responsible for what is published on your accounts.
Upload only content you have the right to use, and nothing that breaks the law or the network's rules.
What you upload stays yours, and so do the texts and images prepared for the business and approved. Social AT uses them only to provide the service.
Social networks
Publishing on a network through SocialAt Agent is also subject to that network's terms.
By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
A network can change or limit its API. An action may then fail or be delayed, and we will let you know in the app.
Payment and ending the service
The price and payment terms are set in the agreement with Social AT.
You can stop at any time: disconnect the networks in the app and ask by email to close the account. The data is deleted as the privacy policy says.
Social AT may suspend an account that breaks these terms or a network's rules, and will give notice in advance when it can.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We make an effort for it to work without faults, but do not promise full availability, and are not responsible for a fault or a change on a social network's side.
Social AT's liability for damage caused by the service is limited to the amount paid for it in the three months before the damage.
Law and changes
Israeli law applies to these terms, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
When the terms change, the date at the top of the page changes. We also announce a material change by email.
