Disconnecting in the app
On the channels screen in the app, choose a channel and press Disconnect. The access token is deleted, and the service stops acting on the account.
When you disconnect YouTube or TikTok, the permission is also revoked on the network's side.
Removing the app from Facebook, Instagram or Threads
On Facebook: Settings & privacy, Settings, Apps and websites. Choose SocialAt Agent and remove it.
On Instagram and on Threads: in Settings, in the list of apps and websites, remove SocialAt Agent.
Meta tells us about the removal. The accounts you connected are disconnected, the access tokens and your user ID on the network are deleted, and you get a confirmation code with a link to check the request's status.
Removing the app from Google, TikTok or LinkedIn
On Google: on the Google security settings page, choose SocialAt Agent and remove its access. The data received from YouTube is deleted within 7 days.
On TikTok and on LinkedIn: in the privacy and security settings, in the list of connected apps, remove SocialAt Agent.
After removal our access stops working right away. To also delete what was kept right away, disconnect in the app or write to us.
Asking by email
Write to us from the account's email, at the address at the end of this page. All of the business's data is deleted within 30 days, and we send a confirmation when the deletion is done.
What remains
A record of the request itself with its confirmation code, so its status can be checked, and what the law requires us to keep.
Content already published on a network stays on the network. Delete it from inside the network itself.
